Evidence Based Acupuncture (EBA)

Evidence Based Acupuncture (EBA) is a non-profit organization that has been bridging the gap between traditional Chinese medicine and modern science since its founding in 2014 by Dr Bartosz Chmielnicki, MD. EBA is dedicated to the dissemination of evidence-based knowledge about acupuncture and its role in today's medical landscape.

With its approach of translating complex scientific research into understandable information, EBA helps to establish acupuncture as an equally valid medical treatment and dispel existing preconceptions. This not only supports health professionals and policymakers, but also has a direct impact on public health and the well-being of patients worldwide.

Our institute is very grateful for the financial support from EBA, which enables us to realize our latest project on therapeutic sensations.

HEAD-Genuit-Foundation

The HEAD-Genuit-Foundation is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the promotion of science, research and public health. One of its aims is to make an important contribution to improving the quality of life in various areas through targeted support measures.

In addition, the foundation supports projects and institutions that are committed to patient- and health-orientated pain therapy. Special attention is paid to the development of therapeutic approaches that aim to strengthen and activate the healthy parts of the patient. The foundation supports individualised therapeutic approaches that are geared towards the individual needs and specific situation of pain patients.

The HEAD Genuit Foundation is supporting the Insula Institute with a generous financial grant to fund three studies on embodiment techniques in the field of pain therapy. Thank you very much!
